Ireland Director

As the Director is the University’s senior officer in Ireland (Northern Ireland and Ireland) you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of The Open University in Ireland. You will lead the OU’s teams based in Ireland and liaise with functions based elsewhere in the UK and with other colleagues on the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive.

You will represent the University on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor in relationships with the Northern Ireland Executive and its Departments, Irish Government, Universities Ireland and other key stakeholders across the island of Ireland. You will take accountability on behalf of the University for the effective delivery of services in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
